IRIS BLEU evokes the transporting experience of the Mediterranean where all the blue nuances of the sea and the sky embrace. The airy and luminous Iris flower with green jasmine translate the infinite elegance coming from the open sky, enveloped in a warm veil of white musk, it evokes the tranquil sky and sea at dawn, a feeling of comfort and sensuality.

The Iris, often referred to as ”the blue gold of perfumery”, is one of the most precious and expensive ingredient of the perfumers’ palette. This light and elegant flower only reveals itself to the most patients. Hand-harvested in the warm month of August in Italy, it takes a minimum of 3 years of cultivation to obtain its first olfactive notes. In IRIS BLEU, our perfumer chose to use the most precious Iris butter, taking an average of 13 tons of fresh rhizomes to obtain a single kilo of this precious butter, which exhales a distinguished powdery, woody yet airy and elegant scent.
